This September, Michigan Citizen Planner is offering classroom-based trainings in the Upper Peninsula in the "Fundamentals of Planning and Zoning," a seven-week course. The Classroom Program is exploring a new format for this training opportunity--five of the seven core sessions will be taught using web video conference technology at multiple locations. The first and last sessions will be taught face-to-face. The remaining five web video sessions will include an on-site facilitator. As Michigan Citizen Planner is testing this new format, this training is offered at a substantially reduced fee of $275 per person (regularly $350 per person).
