The world’s largest property auction just went down in Detroit. About 20,000 properties (roughly 5 percent of the city) were auctioned for $500 and around 8,000 properties did not sell. Crazy stuff. What are some creative ways to approach this?

Join us Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 6 p.m. at Cafe Con Leche’s new pop-up cafe in Lafayette Park for a special Urban Innovation Exchange forum led by Jerry Paffendorf, the dude behind Why Don’t We Own This? and LOVELAND Technologies.

Jerry will share results from the latest Wayne County Property Auction before turning over the floor over to YOU, urban innovators, to brainstorm new solutions for creative placemaking, crowdsourcing, zoning, renovation, deconstruction & more.
